Doug Miller Soccer (DMS) is committed to providing each of our players and members a world-class environment for soccer training focused on player development. The core principles of Doug Miller Soccer are Desire, Determination, Dedication, Respect and Integrity.
These principles are the foundation in which DMS players learn the game of soccer, and the DMS training environment provides each player a venue to become the best player they can be, and most importantly through Soccer, learn life’s important lessons!
After 2 years of our Academy and School success DMS is taking the next step to "TOTAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT". TPD uses the 4 pillars of soccer (Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental) to teach players the game of soccer.
DMS will have 3 levels of membership within its program that will give a venue for every player to succeed and reach their goals.
Doug Miller Soccer believes that the Premier Clubs in Rochester are worthwhile programs, which has played an important role in the development of some of our best soccer talent. However, they should not be the only avenue for premier Player Development. Doug Miller Soccer understands TRUE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT and is giving players an alternative which will partner with local clubs giving players a venue to develop their talents but also play with their local club teams.
