Doug Miller Soccer is professional training for youth soccer players, educating players, training players, and focused on player development. The core principles of DMS are Desire, Determination, Dedication, Respect and Integrity.  Our personalized training provides each player a venue to become their very best on and off the field.  We use the 4 pillars of soccer (technical, tactical, physical and mental) to teach the 5th and most important pillar, LIFE SKILLS!

Background

DMS was established in 2005 by Rochester Rhinos Hall of Fame, USL Hall of Fame, Doug Miller.  In 2009 DMS purchased the Rochester Sports Dome in Spencerport, NY to establish a soccer facility that would be the only one of its kind to offer year-round training and development programs for youth soccer players.  In 2017 DMS re-branded the club to  become Rochester Lancers Academy giving a pathway from youth to College, NPSL, UWS and MASL.

In 2022, DMS has now expanded to Windermere, Florida where he can continue to teach, educate and inspire young Florida soccer players.
